Calvin Harris takes on a remix of Empire of the sun’s song DNA, giving it an Electro overhaul. Empire of the sun’s vocals are instantly recognisable and give off a very light vibe, perfect for these last couple of days of summer. The remix uses one of Calvin’s signature synth sounds, quite similar to the synth used in Need Your Love ft Ellie Goulding.
It’s no secret that I’m a huge Calvin Harris fanboy, I’ve been following him since the beginning of time. He’s in my top three Djs / Producers, which is quite an achievement in my opinion. Although i’m sure to receive plenty of stick for it, his hit with Rihanna – We found love is still one of my all time favorites. This is only a clip of the remix, but a pretty good portion of the track is available to listen to, Thanks Calvin.
